Eevee-Next crash when rendering an object #101132

Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
Eevee-Next crashes when rendering an object. I'm fairly certain it's because my video card is too old but it would be nice to know.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • start blender
  • delete all the objects from the scene (optional)
  • switch the renderer to eevee-next
  • switch the viewport to material preview
  • add a cube (if step 2 done)
  • crash

Same here It's crashing for a while.
