System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro Laptop and Windows 10 Home Desktop
Graphics card: RTX 3080 laptop and RTX 3070 Desktop

Blender Version
Broken: 3.3 LTS

**Material Library addon freezes on any engine. When you press any button. List of materials from the library addon is not displayed in the addon panel and freezes when clicked.
Two different computers, fresh install.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Clicking the library name, "add new library" and "add to library" all cause the program to freeze instantly

I can't reproduce the issue myself. Do you have any custom material libraries or materials created or does this happen even with the default one?
Does this happen in a portable build downloaded from https://builder.blender.org/?
