Simplified Report

Set the resolution scale to 2 in the preferences.
Enable and invoke the icon viewer add-on.
Notice how the popup is too wide.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Icon Viewer you can see too width not fit.

Also too width since 2.xx and 3.xx see below picture too.

See Preferences what I did setting because of Low Vision.
Interface tab on Resolution Scale: 2.00
