Just open the file and set resolution to -1

I can confirm the problem is in this particular file. But I couldn't reproduce it from 0. Also, I see it was fixed a year ago. So I'm not entirely sure what exactly is causing it.

Can't reproduce in 3.5 alpha on a debug build, or a release build (on linux). Maybe it's a Windows related issue?

This was fixed with 8934f00ac5.
It could be backported if we wanted, I assume there aren't too many conflicts in that area yet.
Considering you sort of have to go out of your way to do this, I didn't see it as high priority though.

Just attaching integer input to few sockets, including this one and accidentally drag it left to negatives. Nothing too special
