With a particular mesh, consecutive applications of
Normals->Recalculate outside, appears to flips the
normal (alternating between inside and outside) rather
than always recalculate them outside.

The mesh is low-poly, closed, concave and manifold.

Tested on:
Win XP, ATI Radeon 9600 Pro, Blender 2.33a.
