Undo in sequencer causes audio to stop working

Spent a lot of time dealing with this bug and trying to figure it out.

Here are the steps to reproduce:

Make a new blend file. Import audio into the sequencer. Save the file to your HD somewhere. *Make filepaths relative (file--> external data).* If you play the audio, it should work fine.

However, if you move a strip, and then do CTRL-Z to undo it, the audio will no longer play!

To fix, you've gotta reopen the blend file. Thanks for looking into this!
