fastshade() doesn't clip brightness values of image textures

Make a plane, add a material with an image texture (Col) to it,
subdivide heavily enough to be able to see the image in shaded mode.

Now increase the "Brightness" slider in the texture buttons. SHIFT-ALT-Z (recalc).

Poof! Instant overflow!

The render is correct, though.
