Local/Global/3d-Cursor distance display
Closed, ArchivedPublic

Description

I would apreciate a feature in the Transform Properties dialog (N-Key) that let me choose the mode in wich i see the location values (X, Y, Z). Such modes could be called Local, Global and 3D-Cursor display.

LOCAL DISPLAY
Consists on displaying my selected vertices distance relative to the object's origin. This is the current mode.
GLOBAL DISPLAY
Relative to 3d-View coordinates origin.
3D-CURSOR DISPLAY
Relative to 3D Cursor. This could be managed in the Blender GUI by sticking three radio buttons under the label "Distance to:" (or similar): Local, Global and 3D-Cursor (see at the bottom of this document what it looks like).
