%%%Some object have additional constraints on them (stretch, twist, scale) which on not being calculated correctly if at all ,when importing the Collada models into Blender. It is not just for this file but all files COLLADA. Works as expected using the openCOLLADA Plug-in for 3DS Max

Including screen capture of difference, and original model.

Windows 7 x64 with SP1
Sapphire Radeon HD 5770
Blender 2.59

for this reason they are all being set as 'TODO' and linked from our wiki page.
