Copy Rotation with Offset in World Space causes jump

From a user perspective this is a bug, maybe not from a coder perspective ;)
But as mentioned, adding a copy Rotation constraint and then clcking 'offset' while in world space results in a 90 degree change in the bone; even if both bones are aligned perfectly in Edit mode... Intuition says it should copy the rotation, and the offset is only added when transforming.

I've come to the not-very-helpful conclusion that this isn't a bug, as I understand it, whats happening is the worldspace matrix of the pose bone evaluates to having a rotation, even though there is no rotation on the pose bone its self, the bones rest matrix is taken into account still.

So I can only conclude that rotation offset in wordspace isnt that useful.

If you move the rest of the bones about you can make offset act as you expect.

Same as the previous one I closed. The "offset" option is a constraint hack at bast. Use with sense of humour :)
