Soft size of sun lamp depends on "scene size" #29756

%%%I inserted a large plane In a recent project to put in an background image. But as soon i did that i noticed that the soft shadows from the sun are rendered much harder. After doing some experiments i noticed that it strongly depends on the size of the scene. The larger the scene gets, the harder will be the shadows. This means that the soft size parameter of a sun lamp depends on the size of the scene and it's current content.

If im correct, than the soft-size of the sun lamp should never depend on the size of the scene. Some scenes can change in size during an animation which leads to softer or harder shadows while the animation is running. Can't imagine that this could be a wanted behavior.

I appended an example file. At frame 1 the shadow is much smoother as in frame 100, just because the bottom plane gets larger.%%%

%%%Brecht, can you please check this report? It depends on how things were supposed to work and should be quite easy for you. Thanks :)%%%

%%%There's a note about this in the code, it's not great behavior but changing it means breaking compatibility, moving to todo list.%%%
