COLLADA export material name is wrong

In Blender r44136 the COLLADA export of materials seems wrong.

The created <library_materials> node include items such as
<material id="smoke_material-material" name="smoke_material">

yet other nodes will refer to the material as "smoke_material1", for example
<polylist material="smoke_material1" count="1">

Having the wrong name, brakes applications using the created dae file.
The exported material name should also include the "1" element. In this example, the material node should be
<material id="smoke_material-material" name="smoke_material1">

This error can be reproduced by simply exporting the default cube scene. That scene already fails (see attached files).

This issue has been fixed a while ago. Material names no longer contain trailing integer numbers.
