Set View to Camera, Depress Middle Mouse Drag Zoom Not Working #30745

%%%Set viewport view to camera with numpad 0. Attempting to zoom viewport view by holding ctrl and middle mouse button, then dragging the mouse does not work (note that I want to zoom in to the camera frame/render dimension bounding box, I am not trying to zoom the camera itself or change any of its properties).

This should work, because similar shortcuts work. If I set viewport view to camera with numpad 0, then hold shift and middle mouse, then drag the mouse, The viewport pans around the frame (moving the viewport around to different parts of the render dimension bounding box).

OS: windows 7 64 bit home
video card: nvidia 550m
