intersect_point_quad_2d returns true regardless of point vector if quad vectors are the same #30831

%%%if given the same vector for all four quad arguments mathutils.geometry.intersect_point_quad_2d returns true regardless of what the point vector is.
Since the quad is essentially a point in this case it should probably only return true if the point is also that same vector as the quad.
