I found an issue with a shadowPass.
Layers: 1,3,5 are gray
Layers: 2,4,6 are white
Linux 64 bit, NVidia GTX 560.
Blender 2.63, revision 48116

I've got another issue with this file tho. If i'll go to the layers panel, switch Layer to 1 and try to render blender will crash with
CUDA error: Invalid value in cuMemFree(cuda_device_ptr(mem.device_pointer))
Strangely this does not happen when run from gdb.
