Camera/Object offset after file-reload #33047

%%%The following bug is related to Motion tracking in Blender 2.64a

Basically what happens is when I reload a blend-file in which the footage has been tracked and solved, the related camera/object will no longer follow the footage, but will instead have an offset in several places. It looks as if the solve is incorrect, but actually isn't. Just to be clear, this happens AFTER I close and re-open the same .blend-file.

I don't know if it'll make any difference, but I've attached the file I'm having problems with.%%%

%%%This sounds like you're using video file and not using timecode. In this case there could indeed be some offset involved. Please always use timecodes for videos. Another thing to try is to convert video to image sequence or to re-code it to other format.

If all this wouldn't help please report back and attach both .blend file and video file which fails. Make them as small as possible.%%%

%%%Hi Sergey!

I just wanted to confirm that it indeed was an issue with the video file. I've never had any issues using video files in the past, which leads me to believe that (while being to expert on the subject) the smartphone, in this case a Samsung S3. might have added some weird meta data to the video file. In any case, the issue was resolved by converting the file to and image sequence. And I'm sure that the Timecode option would have worked as well.

Thanks! =)%%%
