Z Combine node works wrong with Use Alpha/on and Z=1.000 for both images

Render Layer 1 (image)
--->>> Z combine (Image for both images) (Use alpha/on, Z=1.000 for both images)-->> Composite (Image)
Render Layer 2 (image)

IN RENDER LAYERS configuration.
Render Layer 1
- Sky/off
- Layer 1

Render Layer 2
- Sky/off
- Layer 2

Render Scene: 1 and 2 active

Now the Render Layer 2 shows the result ok but in Composite node (and final render) the objects get black without illumination (like a mask). See attached PNG and blend file.
