mass of Rigid Body ignores scene unit scale

Short description of error
when i use the scene unit scale to scale meter to millimeter, the mass of a rigid body is wrong.
an iron cube of 2mm³ gets a mass of ~62 tons

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. open blender
  2. set scene units to metrics -> the default cube is now 2m³
  3. set scene unit scale to 0.001 -> the default cube is now 2mm³
  4. add Rigid Body Modifier (active) to cube
  5. calculate mass (Iron)

->> mass of 2mm³ iron cube is ~62ton
