SSL support missing from the latest buildbot version #38374

System Information
Linux 64 bit

Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.69-f91368d-linux-glibc211-x86_64 - only the linux version is broken. Windows works well.
Worked: latest official build

Short description of error
HTTPS URLs can't be loaded using urllib from python. Looks like SSL support was not built in the latest version.
Error message is: <class 'urllib.error.URLError'>

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
Any call to a https URL using urllib.request.urlopen will fail with the above message

Yes it did -- we've upgraded to py-3.3.3 and i forgot to tweak setup.py to link against static ssl library. Fixed now. SSL will work with next buildbot build.
