Windows 8 64bit Nvidia GeForce GT 635M 2GB

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.69.7 4b206af, see splash screen)
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
Chain object has scale problem and doesn't solve automatically
and it lacks Copy Scale constraint to rot_link for chain object.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

I'd be curious to see a example file as well. I'm not sure of the issue. I do have an updated Add Chain script I've been meaning to add. I'm not entirely sure of the process for that though.
