PyAPI_FUNC(PyObject *) PyList_New(Py_ssize_t size) is called with int argc and generates an invalid pointer reference at line 300 of bpy_interface.c. At least one part of the problem may be that on x64 int and Py_ssize_t are not interchangeable.

Reproduce bystarting up blender, detected by running Intel SDE:

    D:\Projects\sde-external-6.22.0-2014-03-06-win>sde  -null_check 1 -ptr_check 1 -ptr_check_warn 1  -- d:\BlenderGIT\build_cmake\bin\RelWithDebInfo\blender.exe
    AL lib: (EE) UpdateDeviceParams: Failed to set 44100hz, got 48000hz instead
    found bundled python: d:\BlenderGIT\build_cmake\bin\RelWithDebInfo\2.70\python
    SDE ERROR: DEREFERENCING BAD MEMORY POINTER PC=0x1e15fa40 MEMEA=0xb055bdc22ff8 mov rcx, qword ptr [rbx-0x8]

This seems to cause no visible problems when blender is run outside SDE.

This is a warning from an error detection tool, not a bug.

Python's memory allocation system raises false-positives with memory validation tools such as valgrind, I suspect this is the cause.

If you manage to cause buggy behavior, we can look into it - but this has been working as intended for years.

Note, we do appreciate developers testing for bugs with tools like this, but if you report bugs please make sure you can redo buggy behavior too.
