Softblend theme could be removed from the repo, I made it waaay back. I think it's better to call it Softimage especially now when Autodesk has announced EOL for XSI Softimage.
I think if any Softimage user tries to switch to Blender it could help to find the theme easier.

So if anyone who sees this could update this for me, thank you!

@ideasman42, can i ask you to have a look. Seems easy to do. Just not sure about rules about maintaining the addons themes and so (would be cool to discuss in IRC btw).
