unregister() missing bl_rna

Broken: unregister() definition
my addon is on https://github.com/nortikin/nikitron_tools/blob/master/nikitron_scripts.py

Short description of error
register/unregister/register my addon couse error.

If addon situates in home/.configure...addons folder it say "missing bl_rna" in unregistering
If I put this in /usr/share/blender... addons_contrib, a have crush report:

This script gives me the error when enabling.

Also there is the keyword rversed which isnt defined.
