Problem in normal with subdivision surface + Boolean modifier

Win x64, Geforce GTX 560TI

Blender Version
rev. 31849ca
MSVC2013 + Cmake

Short description of error
When using a object that have a subdivision surface modifier as boolean mask to other object the normals are always flat in the generate faces by the boolean operator it ignore the normal of the model. This problem not occur in blender 2.70a

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open the uploded file
  2. Select the sphere object ( it's visibility was set to bound to see better the effect )
  3. Try to change the shade to smooth or flat, it don't work (in Blender 2.70a it works)
  4. When you delete the subdivision modifier it works.
