Linked object not drawn in shaded mode #40825

System Information
Nvida gpu, intel cpu

Broken: 2.71{F95672}
Worked: 2.70

I just can say that there is really something wrong with the BGE, i have a feeling it has something to do with Linked Objects. At this moment its a bit difficult to isolate the problem because the scene is a bit complex.

Al i can say that the Linked Object is not drawn but the shadow is see the image.... futher it crashes a lot directly of freezes when restarting the engine. ALso loading is really long and slow!

We're going to need something a bit more concrete to work with here. Simply saying, "it's broken," doesn't do us much good. We need to know what is broken. In other words, please provide steps to reproduce the problem or a simple blendfile.

@info-2: If possible, could I have a look at your scene, so I can help figure out what the problem is exactly and make a small example blend? Also, it probably would be better not to file a report without such a blend. What I do sometimes is start a thread at BlenderArtists.org if I have trouble finding the real problem.

My apologies for not being clear enough about this bug report and not being constructive.

I have spend two hours yesterday trying to reproduce the bug with a simple scene however without result.

We know now how to get rid of the bug (delete an animated Plane that has black color and uses [object color] and then animated it using Alpha from 100% to 0%)

But till now im not being able to reproduce the bug in a simple scene.

Monday I will have a look again to see if I did exactly the same, when I reproduce it I upload the blend.

Next time I will do so from the beginning.
