Short description of error
Transform Operator limited on y-Achsis fipps to -1x10^9 at someting arund +100. I drag only the mouse upwards.
Appears only with some View Angles.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the attached File untitled_bug_grub_y2.blend press G to grab the selected Vert and limit the transform on global Y-Achsis. Move the mouse upwards.
The Vert flipps to -1x10^9 when reaching a point arund +100.
To be sure that the right angle is set to the view, you can enter the camera.

This is rather known limitation of the axis constaining -- in extreme cases (such as an axis going to the infinity) projection of the point on the axis doesn't work well because of floating point precision.

I've made so this report is listed there http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:2.5/Source/Development/Todo/Tools#Transform

Unfortunately, this is not so easy to solve without some major refactor, we'll likely solve it together with loads of other floating point issues in the viewport as a rather huge project.
