Fbx Export with "Apply Transfrom" and import Unity ,blenderShape is error

Short description of error
When I export the fbx format and import unity3D 4.6.0b17
If I export with "Apply Transfrom",In Unity ,the modle deformation is error.But without "Apply Transfrom",is all ok .

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add Shape Keys
File - Export - Autodesk FBX
Checked "Apply Transfrom" and export
Import unity3D
Put the modle in scene and select it
In the "Skinnede Mesh Render" - BlendShapes
Change the BlendShape key value.

Will have a look at it, even though Apply Transform is marked as experimental, this should work afaik…
