Short description of error Unable to locate Particals or textures icon icon to look for Cycles Hair Rendering tab. was in object mode.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps All I did was install the new version.

This is totally unclear report.

Please explain in details what you're doing, what you expect and what you get instead. Uploading small .blend file which clearly demonstrates the issue helps a lot.
