Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Grease pencil can now be selected and transformed (a kind of edit-mode).
Currently this is completely undocumented.

Question to the developer ...
The View3D.pivot_point effects the rotation and scaling of the grease pencil points? Was this intended? If so which pivot_points work?
Similarly Proportional Edit has some effect, but I can't work out what its doing? If it was intended, I'll figure it out, otherwise I don't want to spend time on it.
Thanks
Wayne
The 3D cursor depth is used to spesify the depth when drawing grease-pencil,
And you can rotate and scale around the 3d cursor too. - But only if its set as the pivot - same with edit-mode.
As for Proportional edit, not sure what you mean here.
Edit, yes its intentional that pivot points work,
I was pleasantly surprised that proportional edit worked in grease pencil mode, I just wanted to be sure this was intended.
Also for snap mode. It appears that increment snap works in grease pencil mode. I assume the other snap modes do not. Is this correct?
Thanks
The transform system is generalized, so once we add transform support for some new data-type, we get some features without explicitly adding support.
I think it doesn't make sense to document it separately for each data type.
But then there is the question of how much to doument....
I would suggest to keep it very brief (a few lines),
"Selected grease pencil points can be grabbed, rotated & scaled, see: `transform documentation </*****>"
If theres any special notes they could be added, but dont see the need to go over every detail.
Snapping to another grease pencil's line isn't supported (via edge-snap)... but dont think it warrents a special mention.
