add documentation about F5key to flip the side of various panels in all editors #43608

I just learned of an apparently undocumented feature (apparently even without gui menu)...

in this comment on BN

I personally wish I could just tear the Toolbar from the left side of the screen and place it to my right.

That part is easy. Press F5 with cursor on the toolbar, but it is hidden.

that works individually both for toolbox and properties panels, in all editors!
pressing F5 on them moves them to the opposite side, each time! Never knew of this...

And I just found myself, trying, that this also flips the headers top/bottom... everywhere :)

as Greg asked in ML, this task is to remember this
