Doesn't rename Mesh Data or materials. #43692

I'm a bit confused as to whether this is the right place to post but the screenshot on this page:

Does not match what I'm seeing in Blender 2.73. Specifically the omission of options to change Mesh Data and Materials as part of the rename process. The Mesh Data is what is problematic for me as renaming only the Object is only 1/2 the battle.
