- Operating System, Graphics card ---

cpu: intel core i3 2350 2.3 ghz
ram: 4 gb
gfx: intel hd graphics 3000
os: windows 7 home premium sp 1

- Blender version with error, and version that worked ---

error found in: 2.74 a1c2b1a win64.
was working in: 2.74 4310128 win64.

- Short description of error ---

panel scrollbars shortcut keys now making timeline jump to next keyframe.

- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---

affects factory settings.

i often use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through vertex groups in a mesh object's data panel, or if i have several textures or materials in a list.

after a few seconds of using these keys, blender now attempts to jump to the next or previous keyframes in the timeline, which uses the same shortcuts.

i don't think that should happen unless the mouse pointer was hovering over the timeline, graph editor or 3d window.

i'm assume this is related the the recent implementation of sticky keys?

i really hope you guys can fix this, or tell us a workaround, because i personally find scrolling through long lists with my laptop's touch pad to be a lot less desirable than using shortcut keys.

Yep can confirm, and yep it's a stickies issue :/ For some reason double clicking up/down arrow triggers the frame change operator. Fix coming tomorrow.

@JulianEisel understood, and thanks a lot.

@JulianEisel i can confirm my end, it is double tapping the up and down arrows that is causing the jump to next keyframe. holding down the arrows seems to work fine on the scrollbars.

can you update this page when it's been fixed please.

Some more serious issues kept my focus today so I didn't find the time to look into it yet, but will do this asap.

regarding sticky keys causing the above, ctrl and z keys appear to currently not be working at all in 3d views, with the 46b42db build.

i tried changing the click timeout and it didn't make any difference.

Should work fine again as Stickies were reverted (cc78664d50)

is that for the 9510137 build or will it be a future one?

because the scrollbars are still not working perfectly.
