System Information
Operating system and graphics card
Fedora Linux 21 64bit IvyBridge

Blender Version

Broken: (example: 2.69.7 4b206af, see splash screen)
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
I am using Blender 2.74 "4288ab1" Release Build on a 64Bit Linux Fedora box.

I noticed that when using the ALT+M Merge tool that the Uvs option that is displayed
in the Operator Panel does not seem to work when used with the
Collapse Merge Type. The Uvs option does work with the other Merge Types.

I have included a blend file which has a grid that has a UV mapped image
on it.

If I merge a 4x4 square of vertices on the grid with alt+M and select
center and select the Uvs option the Uvs move position as expected, and
if UVs is not selected the UVs dont move (as expected).

But if I select exactly the same vertices are use collapse the UVs
move position even if the UVs operator panel option is not selected.
As far as I can tell using either Collapse or Center should result
in identical behaviour when a single square region of vertices are
merged.

See attached video for a demo.

Yes, collapse uses different code internally, which always does the UV work. Will fix.
