bgl.glScissor() clipping problems #45387

OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bits
GPU: Intel (R) HD Graphics

Blender Version
Broken: 2.75 c6b042b
Worked: None

glScissor() won't clip the in game viewport correctly. Instead it clips in the entire Blender window.

To reproduce the error, run this script in the game engine:

from bgl import *
from bge import logic as g

def main(cont):
    o = cont.owner
    sce = g.getCurrentScene()
    
    def draw():        
        glEnable(GL_SCISSOR_TEST)
        glClearColor(0, 0, 0, 0)
        glClear(GL_COLOR_BUFFER_BIT | GL_SCISSOR_BIT)
        
        glScissor(20, 20, 200, 200)
        
        glDisable(GL_SCISSOR_TEST)
    
    sce.post_draw = [draw]

Logic-Bricks: Always (TRUE level triggering OFF!) ---> Python(Module)[script.main]
