Can someone rename the title to "Shutter speed always changes to .12 every at every render"?

I didn't assign this to myself so I can't edit it :(

Can't recreate that here, also not with e3461a0. Could you test again using latest buildbot? This seems strange.

Definitely still happening for me with the latest buildbot. I'll try it on Windows 7.

I can't confirm on Windows 7. I'll try and get some other Linux users to test for me.

@Sergey, @ideasman42, @mont29, ... maybe you could give it a go?

Can't reproduce the issue on Debian jessie with current buildbot either.

@TARDISMaker-2, try running blender with --factory-startup command line argument to be sure no addons is being activated at all (maybe there's some addon which fails to unload or so).

Yup, that was it. Now to hunt down what addon/customization is going that. Also, thanks for the factory startup trick. I'm going to make sure to use that from now on when I think I've found a bug.

Closing as resolved then, thanks for the report (if this is an add-on issue we can re-open this in add-on tracker or you just create a fresh and new one ;) )
