cmake win32 reproted as not a valid win32 application

Short description of error from buildbot, Sat Jul 25 03:17:15 2015, the blender.exe is reported as "Not a valid Win32 application"

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Extracted the
Noticed the extracted folder was named "Blender-2.75.0-git20150725.-AMD64"
Launched blender.exe
Message popped up "Not a valid Win32 application"

I never tried a cmake build from buildot before, so no idea if it's something new or if cmake builds are just incompatible with my OS, but the regular win32 buildbot (i tested the current one, , from Tue Jul 21 08:06:06 2015 ) are working correctly here.

this is to be expected. the buildbot builds a windows 7 32 bit version of blender.

@Martijn Berger (juicyfruit), so you mean the reason here is that this is a win7 32bit build which doesn't run on winXP 32bit? Isn't it weird that the extracted folder has a -AMD64 suffix (extracted latest 32 bit cmake build here and can confirm this)?

This is absolutely needed to make MSVC 2013 produce binaries that can run on Windows XP. This is a known issue in the buildbot script / settings that can easily be addressed

Hello, just wanted to report that i tried today's cmake for win32 (as the other win32 build seems to have disappeared) and it worked great, thanks for the fix.
