The filling option in grease pencil works bad, as it's generated by creating sorted triangles instead of by an optimal algorithm, making it unuseful for 2D working

It's known that gpencil filling is far from being optimal, but this is nothing to handle in this bug tracker. Note that 2.69 is also pretty old, we're about to release 2.76 .
