Short description of error
using "bpy.ops.transform.resize(value=(1, 1, 0), constraint_axis=(False, False, True), constraint_orientation='NORMAL')" on selected faces gives unexpected result

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

after selecting all faces of the mesh "1", using "bpy.ops.transform.resize(value=(1, 1, 0), constraint_axis=(False, False, True), constraint_orientation='NORMAL')" via console gives different result unlike doing it by hand.
