i actually do not know the reason of this boolean problem,maybe the topology is wrong or something else

I do not believe this to be a bug.

You need to reexamine your mountain mesh. It appeared to have extra vertices and was not quite manifold (completely closed).

It is possible to make the boolean operation function with the meshes in this file.

@Ignatz (ignatz) is right. Thanks for the report but this is not a bug.

@Ignatz (ignatz) is right, the mountain mesh is simply non-manifold, it actually prints errors accordingly. Simply "remove doubles" already fixes this.
