Insert keyframe is not working #47805

Short description of error
You can not insert keyframe with "Only insert needed" even it is needed

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. insert keyframe.blend
  2. Set "Only insert needed" in preferences
  3. In Graph editor insert keyframe at frame 55 with Key > Insert Keyframes > All Channels

Keyframing at cursor is working well

I think that it works definitely.
I think that it is ignored because the option is appointed even if you are going to add a key to the position that blender supplemented automatically.

Not a bug.

The "Only insert needed" option is doing exactly what it was designed to do: avoiding adding additional keyframes in places where there's any divergence from the existing FCurve shape to warrant it AND/or making sure that you don't get a chain of keyframes on an unchanging property.
