Weight painting broken on objects with OpenSubdiv enabled

Short description of error
Objects with OSD enabled show as pure white in weight paint mode, mesh becomes unpaintable, causes errors with weights being detected by certain export scripts

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
No .blend necessary. Add any object to a scene, give subdivision with OSD enabled, enter weight paint mode.

Will need @Sergey Sharybin (sergey)’s confirmation, but think this is more or less expected? OSD is not yet working in all editing situations iirc…

I would consider it a TODO. Painting and sculpting are still to be improved for cases when there's no CPU mesh representaiton.
