rotate edges local-global not working

Short description of error
The Operator tab to rotate is show/rendered after I make one simple mouse move.
The rotate of edges not working - same effect of rotation local and global ( I don't test all of this options).


Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

  • make one cylinder , go to edit edges ;
  • select some edges with Edge Rings ;
  • try to rotate to make some bladed propeller at an angle by rotating edges;

Ok, then what you want is to change Pivot Point to 'individual origins' (third dropdown menu after mode and viewport shading, in 3DView header). Transform orientations (spaces) have nothing to do here.

Anyway, no bug, closing.

even that , the rendered area of transform orientations view come after move the mouse , I don't know why ?
