Make eyedropper available for prop_search(...) call #48357

The eyedropper tool has been recently introduced in https://developer.blender.org/T37521 to select a scene object as the value for a property.

However it's not possible to offer the eyedropper to a Blender user in add-ons via Python
So I suggest to fix that.
