Short description of error
Blender wont startup and gives me this error:
"Warning! Legacy WGL is unable to select between different OpenGL versions"
yet it did work earlier
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
just download blender 2.77a and open it

Blender is moving towards usage of newer OpenGL ti enable some features which are not possible in the current one.
However, 9500GT doesn't seem to be too old for me, so please make sure you've got latest video drivers installed form Nvidia site.
If that doesn't help. please attach system-info.txt generated by older blender here.

Hi guys I have the save bug with AMD graphics, and it is not old at all.
Blender 2.77a-windows64
My system: Windows 10 64bit
CPU: AMD A10-7860K
GPU: ATI/AMD Radeon R7 Series (KAVERI SPECTRE DESKTOP)
GPU specifications: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/2532/radeon-r7-graphics
GPU driver version: {F324069}
upd: Apparently this was 'cause of my video drivers have updated to their new version. I was able to roll back to previous version of video drivers 16.3.2 (dated 3/21/2016) and now Blender run fine.

Yeah, we can’t do much about buggy drivers…
