Short description of error

The 'Translate' compositing node's 'Relative' checkbox displays the following:

'Use relative (percent) values to define blur radius'

This is the same tooltip found on the Blur node's 'Relative' checkbox and is presumably incorrect. (Even if the property was related to blurring in some manner, the node certainly doesn't have any 'percent' values).

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Enable 'Use Nodes' in the Node Editor in the Compositing section.
  2. Add a 'Translate' node to the compositing node tree.
  3. Hover over the 'Relative' checkbox to see the tooltip.
