Short description of error
Transformations of any child object is calculated in World Space instead of Local Space Coordinates

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Create hierarchy "Parent > Child".
  2. Align a Child Object to the Parent Object.
  3. Move Parent object from the (0,0,0) point.
  4. The Child object will have World coordinates of the Parent object (not Local (0,0,0) coordinates).

Cannot confirm that here. Please follow our submission template and guidelines and make a complete, valid bug report, with required info, precise description of the issue, precise steps to reproduce it, small and simple .blend and/or other files to do so if needed, etc.

I tested with blender defaults settings and it worked. It seems some addon broke "parent - child" link. I'm Sorry and Thank you!
