It is not clear which build you are using.

The latest testbuilds or daily builds should work.

If you are making your own build you need the CUDA 8.0 RC toolkit, which unfortunately is still only available if you join NVidia's registered developer program:
https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-toolkit

Oh, the RC1 works! thanks man.. but...
i see using GPU (1070) at the moment is 25% slower than in CPU... this is strange for an GTX 1070 card...
Is it correct?? my cpu is a i7-6700 @ 4.00Gz (a quad-core i7 with 8 threads)

It depends on the specific scene, settings such as tile sizes, etc. We haven't done any work yet to specifically optimize for this card either.
