No matter how many times I tried I couldn't assign any hotkey to pivot pie menu

I tried some many combinations but nothing seems to work for PIVOT PIE MENU

Not really sure what's the official way of changing such shortcuts. @JulianEisel, mind having a look here?
I can't recreate this here, but I'm also not sure what I'm supposed to do for recreating. Please tell me precisely how you try to change the shortcut.
Also note that since 2.78 there are two pie menu addons, of which one has additional pies but they are all disabled by default. Make sure you're editing the shortcut of the right add-on and that it's enabled.
