Blender crashes when using ocean modifier and dynamic paintbrush and ocean not re-baked #49652

Short description of error
Recreated error/bug, confirmed in several blender files.
When using ocean modifier and dynamic paintbrush
Alt1- if ocean not baked and no previous baked file exist, rendering executed correctly in cycles (CPU and GPU)
Alt 2- if ocean baked with all dynamics, and no additional changes are made before rendering , rendering executed correctly (CPU and GPU)
Alt 3 - if ocean earlier baked and changes to settings made prior to rendering (not related to ocean- any change to file), withouth updating baked process, upon clicking on render, Blender imidiately crashes
Alt4 - if ocean baked and updated after any change (time consuming), blender would not crash
Alt5 if ocean baked and any changes made, prior to rendering, if baked cache cleared, rendering works (but time consuming to re-render single image in the middle of the animation seqence)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps
Extremely large file hence cannot attach, steps to recreate error listed above

Cannot reproduce here from quick check.

Please upload a .blend file (you should be able to reproduce with a much simpler file, otherwise please investigate what is causing the issue in your huge one).
