Shortcut keys missing in menus for Clear Location, Rotation, and Scale

Description

The system is not showing the short cut keys for clearing rotation, scale, or translation. I only discovered those keys by watching you tube videos. I then checked the documentation and found that they were documented and in the screen shot in the documentation (pictured below) it showed they were supposed to be in the menu. I then checked my user preferences to ensure they were not shut off some how.

The shortcut keys do work.

This shakes my confidence in what other shortcut keys are missing that I would only find by reviewing the documentation.

Concerning the issue I'm not sure why the operators don't display the shortcut.
After some testing on win builds:

2.76.10 (build a6ca8a1) shortcuts are displayed
2.77.1 (build 4b0aeaf - commit date: 2016-06-30) shortcuts are displayed

2.77.3 (build fef0cd8) doesn't
2.78.4 (build ce3cae8) doesn't

So probably there was some commit between those two dates.
The commit around that date that touched the Clear Transforms was rB245f97d7dc60 but I don't know how it could influence the shortcuts not showing.

@Julian Eisel (Severin) is it some current limitation related to the system / specific operator(s) functionality, or an omission / bug?

Any idea if this bug is specific to these command's shortcuts or are other commands effected similarly?

Bastien Montagne (mont29) lowered the priority of this task from 90 to Normal.

In general, finding if/which shortcut is assigned to a given 'version' of an operator is a bit tricky (you have to use op name of course, but also compare its properties' values…). Should work though, will have a look.
